Each year, European Security Academy conducts approx. 50 profiled training courses preparing trainees for specific actions and missions. This means approx. 500 excellently trained and qualified operators in each following training year. 

While being conscious of such a great potential of human resources visiting the Academy each year, we have decided to meet expectations of companies, institutions and governments from all over the world and establish the Human Resources Department.

HRD, oriented only towards our current and former trainees, shall constitute a bridge between them and attractive employers. While taking care of quality and keeping in mind the best interest of our proud graduates, we shall select our business partners exclusively and strictly in accordance with our principles of dignified working conditions.

For all PMC and PMSC companies and eventually for governmental institutions, HRD shall constitute a guarantee of obtaining operators of the highest potential and of the best training in the sector.

Keeping in mind the best interest, loyalty and pure intentions, ESA shall not charge any fees from our trainees who will be interested in applying for a job with our agency.

HR Supply Department occupies with complex service of PMC- or PMSC-type of companies within the scope of human resources management and provision of individual operators to work in high-risk countries. HRD occupying with recruitment, training, motivation and dismissal of employees is available for contact after application.
