This course will be taught using theoretical and practical exercises. Lectures will be conducted in the classroom, urban areas, and in the shooting range. The course will be given in the ESA Training Center with the use of ESA equipment.
Students need to come with their own computers with current software
ESA CP course, an equivalent CP course, or prior experience in Close Protection
Casual clothing (no jeans), rain/weather gear and business clothing (slacks, jacket, tie, and appropriate shoes), tactical cargo pants, tactical belt, sports shoes, sports uniform, PC/Personal Computer or optionally a tablet or a good-quality smartphone.

The Detail Leader training program will focus on proper planning strategies in three major protective fields, that is Executive Protection, Corporate Safety, and Critical Infrastructure Security.
Upon successful course completion, a student will develop leadership abilities and gain general operational knowledge.
