Israel is the cradle of anti-terrorism and security oriented training. Members of exclusive units have gained huge combat experience throughout the long-lasting armed conflicts which their country has been facing. Furthermore, a lot of terrorist attacks have been directly aimed at Israel or its people all over the world. The history lavished Israel no pain nor blood, what makes it the most combat experienced nation of all.
Both - academies and training centers of Israel are well known and recognized and their certificates acknowledged worldwide. The instructors from Israel tutor outside of their country gaining respect and recognition, and their professionalism and skills are found to be of first-league quality. World’s law enforcement service units are or have been using the training help of the Israeli instructors.
ESA could not oversee the potential of Israeli pathway. Dr Andrzej Bryl, accompanied by ‘Rapid’ (the leader of the instructing team) and two of his subordinate instructors went to Israel on the official invitation of Defensive Shield Holdings. The ESA delegation was a returned visit to a previous meeting in Poland. It opens a large chapter of ESA-Israel training cooperation.
The aim of the visit was to agree upon the future cooperation between Delta Security and Defensive Shield. Establishing joint training projects was also an important matter. ESA and Nirtal are to begin a series of training courses in Israel and Poland, which will present the Israeli system combined with ESA’s experience in training agents-operators throughout the whole world.
Tomasz ‘Rapid’ presented his shooting standards and rapid-shooting school – all the routines were performed on GLOCK 17 and UZI SMG pistols. He earned the respect and recognition among the fastest shooting in the world. His rapid-shooting canon and the ability of adapting to new weapon has aroused great interest. Even the most experienced ‘staggers’ looked with respect and admiration at his skills.
DEP agents were trained in the Israeli CP system. Although they are accustomed to CP work with firearms, training in the cradle of this craft was authoritative and informative. It revealed the benefits and specification of the system. The Israeli instructors gave many priceless advices and instructions. All of the classes took place in a huge shooting range in Nataliia.
The visit as well as training were very fruitful and resulted in the trainings exchange and two big security-consulting projects. Dr Andrzej Bryl was surprised at kindness, openness and hospitality of those stern soldiers. He has always been fond of their craft but understanding, hospitality and willingness to exchange experience aroused huge mutual sympathy.
Getting an insight on the Israeli pathway and the undergone training of our instructors and agents-operators are of great importance for our company. Each of the visits we pay in order to exchange experience upgrades the status of our Academy. We are extremely proud of it. We are in our highest hopes that this cooperation continues to unfold for the benefit of everybody.
